dammit! so one guy tells me yea man those accufab plenums do that...but everyone who has them say...nope, lolol. faaak! it's always only me :(

what kind of idle issues? like vacuum leak? when you installed it, did you get all the egr gasket off? just had to ask...i did that once...lol.

could'nt get it to stop idling high. i got another SR plenum now..have no problems with tht or the stocker...just that fn accufab one. i could'nt figure the shit out so it sits in my garage :(

if i had in front of me i know i could figure it out. it couldnt be anything major.

naah man...it's something fn magical. no one will ever know why or how...ever..hahaha!

actually i think it was a flaw in it where the throttle cable goes in on the side. kept making it stick a little.

actually i think it was a flaw in it where the throttle cable goes in on the side. kept making it stick a little.

Did you ever try adjusting your set screw on the throttle body? Plenums can change the distance of the TB in relation to the cable and mess with the position of the butterfly. Mine had the same problem with my aftermarket plenum and TB. I just played with the screw for a but and it corrected itself.

You can even starve it for air and make it idle at like 400 rpms and sound like you have a mild cam haha.

Even though My 2001 Cobra, a 2000R and the 2013 GT500 are my favorite cars, For some reason, I have grown to really like Toyota and Lexus. I guess I like Toyota and Lexus because they are easy to work on and have bullit proof reliability. No accident that Toyota is the world's largest automaker.

Thanks man! It came out great to say the least. Sounds a lot better and runs stronger too. Now all I need is some boooooooost... But yupp I love the big runners on it!
