Finally got it installed and man does it pull much harder in mid and upper RPM. Eventually I need to match the inlet to the 70mm elbow with some grinding but for now it works and has made a big difference!

glad you got it going. hopefully this winter I'll be able to do the same 5.0 PI swap as you.
Are you still running the stock heads?

This is true we've just never heard the term used on pushrod motors

I know. I was just throwing it out there to see what kind of response it would get.

Still running stock heads and yeah the difference was big IMO. It felt much smoohter and pulled much harder above 3k rpm. It was worth the upgrade for sure. Now I'm in the middle of installing h&R SS springs, MM CC plates, MM strut tower bar and Mac pro chamber. Then it's off for a fresh repaint! Can't wait! So nice having a car that I don't have to make a huge monthly payment for anymore :)
