Fist post so... :thefinger:

Looking for a fun and a factory powered feel with 400 flywheel hp motor...give or take the rwhp....

The car will be weekend warrior..some laguna seca here in cali :icon_salut:.. and with the street maners of a stock sports car.
Right now i have my mine set on the steeda 19 cam..will work well with my 95 GT
I like the duration on these cams and suited with 1.7s with a nice 512lift..
Heads looking towards the edelbrock performer heads 1.90s I like the flow at .500lift..but theres always better ones
Inake..... ? looking for a near abouts 6000rpm redline...cams advertised to 6000rm with no valve float...

All on a stock block with forged pistions..near about 10.1cr
And rolling with some beefed up suspension

Would like to hear some opinons with ppl whov had similar goals as mine..Thanks

Welcome to the site man.
Might hit 280ish to the wheels depending on the intake. You'll need to either boost it or stroke it to get to 400hp easily.

ya, sad to say but you won't make N/A 400 hp flywheel with a streetable combo. You could throw a blower or turbo(s) on and make it. If you haven't bought anything yet, I'd get a trickflow top end kit. proven over and over to be around the 300rwhp mark and comes as a complete kit. you could also look at turbo kits like on3...

and welcome to the site!

Yes. Finally a modular motor that doesn't suck fat dick. I like it almost as much as the LSx.

400flyhp may have been to much to start out by saying but who doesnt want to dream big... A forced motor would be nice ( a buddy has a 427r :notworthy: great roush right there)
but theres too much going into this car to strickly throw 5-8gs on the motor..theres tuns of options... been back and forth with the car
and the goals iv set out to do..plus Im wanting in the future for my 357 block to be a nasty 408 build...Thanks for all the replys..280rwhp I wil be happy
