Well last night I pulled into a parking stall a bit fast, apprently they have supersized curb there. :uglystupid2:

I heard and felt my front lip hit it, which has happend a few times before but usually there short enough that it just lifts it up a bit and it gets a scrape underneith. Anyways not this time, my fibreglass (gay too bad its not urethane) lip got scraped and got 2 cracks thru it, it deffently looks repairable. Anyone know about fibreglass repair? It sucks but shit happens. Thats what happens when you have your car lowered 2.25" in the front with a lip added onto your cobra bumper.

damn.... all the lazer red owners (including Me) are all getting out Bumpers F'd Up..... My rear got F'd but is getting resprayed.

Fiberglass is easily repairable. Any good body shop that does fiberglass can patch it up.

the lip is fibreglass which sucks, the bumper is urethane. if the lip was urethane it would be good to go. good thing is its just the lip, easy to remove. ill prob get my mirrors painted at the same time :naughty:

You should be able to get some sheet and resin just about anywhere. I would take the whole lip off and do it in the garage, take you time, have a cheese grader sander, and be patient, pretty easy fix, maybe 3-4 hours.

+1 on do it yourself. then get resprayed.

i agree. fiberglass work is simple! just by some quality resin and fiberglass and your good to go, with a little sanding of course. Then pay someone to respray it for you :thumb:

Ouch, I would be taking it out on a couple of beers to calm me down from being pissed, lol...

Good idea though to go ahead and do those mirrors too...
