Just a quick tip when it comes to fixing your idle problems. My 95 was surging pretty heavily, not enough to kill it but enough to warrant attention. I've been messing with it, fixing vacuum leaks etc. and it helped alot. But after it warmed up and the fan kicked on, the car would stumble and catch itself. Everytime it idled down also, it would surge, but when it was idling up to warm up, it wouldn't surge one bit. Most of the guys I had look at me were baffled, including myself, as to why it ran smooth at one idle rpm, and bad at another. So I decided to bump the idle with the set screw to 800, started it up, and the car idles, behaves, and runs like a normal car would and should. After diagnosing it further since it actually runs worth a shit now, i've discovered it will need a CCRM (constant control relay module), which runs about 150 (130 for me) at a ford dealership for a new one, base part number being 12B577. It was a long process, but a good sign to look for in your idle problems is if you can fix it by changing the idle with the set screw and it smoothing out. Just thought i'd throw this up there for those that need it, as my problems were not "check voltage here" because it didn't help me at all.

So, let me get this straight, if you can fix a bad idle by adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body, the ccrm needs to be replaced? Or is there a way to get it tested? I have had this problem for a while now...and I have noticed that is getting worse. It dies on me sometimes just from turning the wheel when backing up and stuff...Where's the sticky???

may be a tps sensor in your case. It's at the top of this section. "Surging idle checklist." At the moment I have the car running good by adjusting the set screw and IAC percentage screw. Ended up working and if it suddenly starts to run bad, i pop the hood and with a turn of the screw it runs good again lol
