First Light painting Photo attempt

This was the first time trying to do a light painting photo. Light painting is where there is no lighting near the object you want to take a picture of so you make your own light. The photo is made up of 7 different photos stitched together. In each photo I highlighted a section of the car with a florescent light bar. Then put them all together. It didn't come out perfect but it still looks pretty neat.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it! Yea the rear quarter fender has two different light highlights and I didn't feel like fixing it.

You could pull off the same or similar results in one photo. You just set the camera with a 30sec shutter speed and you would need to be somewhat quick about it. Just shield the light source from the camera so you don't end up with a bunch of tracers. I love watching people do light painting...it makes them look a little insane, lol.
