since the GT im buying has Cobra rear brakes, would i be able to run 15x10 Pro Star wheels, considering the rear brakes only 11.65"?

and once i buy the Cobra front brakes, since their (iirc 13") would i have to run the 17x9"+ wheels up front?

I'm not sure about the rear brake setup but I do know once you do the cobra front brake swap, the smallest rim you can put on is a 17 inch rim. 98's come with 17x8 from the factory and the cobra brakes clear them just fine. You shouldn't have a problem.

you will have to run a small spacer or grind down the caliper/banjo bolt a bit. It is doable.
