I saw that earlier and I was both impressed and upset. I was just happy cracking the 400 hp mark and now the stock blocks are taking 1300?!

For real. The crazy thing is they doing it with a roots supercharger meaning it takes hp to make the hp unlike turbo.

I ran it through google translator just for fun and it came back with "onu itme" being turkish for "had it pushrod". I am not even going to plug that into a search to see what it might give me...

What i find the most interesting of this video is the the special intake development presented by Evans friend. The intake is one solid piece just like a 4.6l car intake and has secondary step process spigots, what we call spin welds, spun into it just like a stock godzilla. The stock godzilla is comprised of a stacked injected sections then ultrasonic welded together, like most all other intakes. Only a handful of manifolds are 1 piece like the pi intake. It would sure open a new door for performance if this special manifold gets a green light for production.

A wonderful read! Revn Evan mentioned 790hp on the dyno naturally aspirated!!!

Also stated are main journal size shared with the 6.2l and the rod journal size shared with coyote/modular.

Interesting to note are valve sizing ratio. The 7.3l exhaust is 76.5% of the intake. A 2v pi head is 81%. A 4v ratio is 81.1%

And ill throw in a little bit of confusion but eye opening possibilities. A 4valve exhaust valves area combined is 2.186sqin while the 7.3l exhaust is 2.164sqin. Interesting that the tiny 4.6l exhaust curtain is basically the same as a 7.3l yet this 7.3l hp output is greater....aaaand is handling nearing 2000hp.

I was reading that I think it was BMW has suspended any further research and development of combustion engines. It seems crazy tot think this could be the last combustion motor that ford develops...
