Fox T5 in sn95 5.0

What do I need? I read that if I use fox shift fork, bellhousing, and input shaft it will work; then I read that I need a sn95 input, bell, and shift fork. What do I truly need, can I use a fox t5 and go buy a fox shift fork and be done? Do I need an sn95 bellhousing, input shaft, and shift fork?

If you run all the fox stuff you can make it work the shifter just sits a bit closer to the dash and I recomend running a driveshaft spacer to compensate for it being a bit shorter

Has nothing to do with shift fork.the fox trans has a shorter input shaft. The sn t5 is 5/8 longer then fox so u need to run a fox bellhousing in order to use it but shifter location may be a bit off. Or if ur building one from two trans just use the input shaft from the sn trans.the clutch fork isnt going to make a diff.

my engine and trans is out of a 93 lx and i dont have any clearance issues but i am running a custom midpipe so that might be a little different on your end.....other than that its all good tho......also what musturd said is true - i gotta short throw and i can barely fit my index finger between the shift knob and the shifter bezel when its in 1st gear

Ok, so I can run a full fox tranny and be fine, that's what I needed to know.
