fuel gauge stopped!!

hello stangers im pretty new to this site anyways the other day i was driving my car and stop to grab a bite to eat and my whole cluster wasnt well i figured it was a fuse but i took it out anyway to get a good idea how to change the odometer gear then i put it back in and changed the fuse and everything worked except for my fuel gauge does anyone know what might have caused this and how to fix it. its inly been a day but its not moving at all. thanks guys

Have you tried putting gas in the car to see if it's moving? You might have a bad sending unit inside the tank.

I'm pretty sure it not the sending unit. I replaced it about two years ago. And it was working fine before the cluster quit.

Might be your cluster then. Perfect opportunity to upgrade to a Cobra cluster. :-D
