fuel injector issue

The injector second closest to the firewall on the passenger side leaks all the time. I can't get it to seat all the way in the fuel rail. Its like that part of the fuel rail is shallow. I don't think my o ring is bad because I replaced it recently and I've lubed it with a little oil before installing. Any ideas?

Does it appear to be leaking from the top (fuel rail) or bottom (manifold)? Have you tried switching injectors to see if it is still that location?

Sorry meant to post in 5.0 section but you may be able to help. Its like it doesn't go in all the way and its where it meets the fuel rail
