here is mine. You can see a round aluminum piece(sensor) just behind the distributor and beside the intake/throttle body.

interesting.. never saw that. I always hated the way mine looked and have been planning on painting black. I am trying to clean up the engine bay so I don't want another line going in/out but wonder how hard ti would be to hide it under cobra upper intake somewhere...

I am also curious though if there would be a way to put it at the spot where it goes from hard lines to soft lines as that spot would be a great place to bury/hide it?

oh hell I guess it does say gauges and not the sensor huh? Well I got something for that too. I wanted one in the a-piller but didn't like how most of them looked like such an after-thought just stuck on there with screws/fasteners showing. They didn't have any style, just didn't flow. So I made my own.

After that I had two more I wanted to show but again just didn't like any of the options that the aftermarket offered. Again they just didn't seem to have any style to them so I made my own again.

I actually have the build pics description of what is going on for that build at the bottom of this page if you are curious.

I've seen people cut the factory line and put in a T fitting and use hose clamps but I'm not sure how safe that is.

I wouldn't hold 40-50psi with tiny hose clamps. That's a fire waiting to happen. EFI pressures are no joke.

I just have a rail gauge that installs in place of the schrader valve.

I swapped over to braided lines with russel fittings. Shouldn't I be able too hard to get a T-fitting that would screw into one of the fittings, and run a short piece of hose out to the fender to hide the sensor?

The left most gauge in the center dash portion. One of my favorite changes to the cars interior, and I feel a little better about driving it when I can view more of the engines 'information' than the sad excuses for factory 'gauges'.
