Return everything and get something already done.

...or just skip the Super Victor unless you're building some kind of insane monster. My 422 had a TFS-R and it worked fine.

buy proproducts rails they are straight up not slanted like the stock rails. and the mounting tabs are more adjustable to line up with the mounting holes

im guessing that nobody really truly understands what you are talking about.... maybe you could explain it a little bit clearer? more details... maybe some pictures?

ok i had gotten professional product rails from speed shop in my town
after i had bought it i went looking for a intake, i asked them which they would recommend (i mentioned super victor) but they told me for the rails the bungs would have to be machined out and i was like wtf? I didnt really quite understand why that was or if they were wrong.

Is the intake already an EFI intake? If not, they're talking about having to drill it for injectors

If you're referring to the fuel rails, maybe they're trying to say where the injectors go into the fuel rail (bungs) will need to be drilled out larger than what they already are to accommodate a different injector.

Just some ideas.

i still think the OP hasnt got a clue really what the speed shop was referring to. What you need to do is....

look at the rails and verify that the injector bosses are oriented the same way that the injector bungs in the manifold are.

What I mean by this is, a stock manifold has the injectors canted towards the inside, and off to one direction along the intake. The super victor should have them standing straight up. If the rails have the injector bosses cut on an angle, they will not work for you.
