Gas gauge is now working!!

I've tried searching for any pics. All I see is where I have typed about wanting them. If not there, gets into convertible & gauges in the same thread. I'm looking @ getting 3 of these. I hope they will match to the El Glow overlays I'll get from UPR. Please post up any pics you might know of. I'd like them lit up @ night. Thanks!!

Not sure what you are asking brother. I have Speed of Sound (2 gauge) "A pillar" gauge cluster mount with A/F narrow band and boost. I should have added the "shift point" light to them.

And btw... she delivered them...

to really get the closest match you need the Lunar series, there are many places that still sell them on ebay.

Why does my UPS guy have to be a 50 yr old guy? I want yours!! I looked on eBay & did not find anything of those Lunar gauges. I'll try again, though.

Yep, not really anything. I did see some tachs & a pyrometer (sp) Lunar gauge. Their where 3 stores that came up when I typed Lunar. Those were 2 & the other sold a full cluster for a F150, I think. I've never been on Craigslist. I'm not looking for sex or to be killed though. That's all I hear it's for on what I see on TV.

I see summit & jegs sells this item:
7002 - Auto Meter 1999-2003 Mustang Gauge Clusters

It has what I'd buy for that 3 gauge plate thing. It is an all new cluster. It only works on a 1999-2003 Mustang V6, though!! I just looked to long afterwards, I guess.

That A-Pillar from speed of sound is bad ass. I may have to get one of those in the future... just gotta figure out which gauges will go in there lol

The Speed of Sound Pillar is top quality. When i bought mine they only had 2 gauge option for verts but i think they have 3 now.

Not much on ebay today for them but you have to check every 3 days or so. Some days i will see as many as 30 lunar gauges for sale.

That link you have above is not for a stock replacement, i think it is a race only kit that does not have turn signals or use of CEL panel.

Thanks. Never thought of that. Then what was y'all saying I should have gone with? Instead of spending $240 on the 1 I have? It was maybe on my other thread? All I can remember is "Why am I wasting my $ on a part w/o real #'s", I think.

All I see w/4 gauges + the speedo & RPM's is the Part #: C-594 Ultra Lite. With blinkers, I mean. What do y'all think of these? Thanks again!!

Those are pretty much race setups also, they give you the option of a turn signal but you lose the warning lights at the bottom of your cluster.

Paul says no matter what I get, I can't afford it. He didn't say that, but about $800. There's no way I can swing that amount. I'll just work on these Cobra ones. Supposed to get the El Glows Friday. I'll then stick the stock needles on it. Hoping that will get the gas gauge to working. Thanks so much, though. Any idea why that's not working?

I remembered once I had them put in, the gas was on 1/4 of a tank. I went to fill up, it only went to 3/4. I think that means it was at least working, right?

Do you have overlays on there already? Your gas gauge may be stuck on the plastic. It happened to me when i put mine on and i had to trim the plastic around the needle with an exacto.
