i didnt just some red 194 bulbs. We had them marked down for 99 cents a pack at work so i figured why not.

ok so will my face over lay stick back on? or can you do it from the front... im sry if i not getting this.. but when i looked at my guage thing it is stuck pretty good!

I guess you could put some epoxy on the back of it to but I didnt use any and it works just fine. the needles and little stop pins hold them on.

hmm... i may try and see what i can do... sounds interesting... so on the back just sand off the green.. and buy red bulbs.. and put it back to gether and im dun?

my dash lights stopped working i changed bulbs(i put blue)changed switch and plug at harness where it hooks to my switch(mine was burnt)fues good any other suggestions

maybe you should look at the back and make sure nothing on the back is burnt up or shorted out..

whats a good glue dissalver? lol this scraping/sanding sucks!!! how do i get rid of the glue?

No, dont sand that! I havent sanded any film off, but the film should be on the back side of the black gauge face. You will have to remove the needles, and take the black face off, and then sand the back side of that black face. If you sand what is in that pic above, your gauges wont work anymore...

You have to take the over-lays off the front of the face. If you sand the back youll be effed like jeff. ( No not Dalmar)
You have to take off you needles and stops, then sand the back of the overlays, not the cluster.

Dalamar did a great write up on changing to white face gauges... find that write up... but instead of the "install the new gauges" replace that with "sand off old tint"... then it should be exactly the same. lol.

shit nvm i didt it but now i went to put my needles back on, but they are put in the wrong place. how do you reset them?
