fit? probably...
accurate? probably not...

your speedo goes to, like, 120, these go higher, so your speedo needle will be pointing at the wrong number....

Well whats wrong with your stocker?

If its messed up, I'd just look around for a replacement.

Then maybe whiteface overlays and the LED gauge mod. Its what I'm rocking and it looks great.

The tripometer and odometer stopped working and none of the lights work, so i figure i'll get whatever electrical problem there is going on back there figured out and then dress it up a bit with some gauges.

The reason why it stopped working it because the plastic gear set in side is severely worn/missing teeth my best bet. You need to pull the cluster out and replace them...Doesn't cost that much either, few dollars at most.

Why don't you just buy this one:
http://www.simcoltd.com/aftermarket-products/ford-mustang/1996-1998/

It's for a GT, but it is @ least for a 94-95.  E-mail them and see if it'll work for you.  I have that exact one ready to go into my car!  I bought the Classic for the GT!!

I e-mailed the guy that I was typing with and asked him if it will work. I'll let me know when I hear back!

Heard back today:
No, the GT upgrade kit won?t work with the V6. The two biggest differences are the speedo & tach. Neither one of them will give you a correct reading because of the differences in rpm & mph between the GT & V6. What year is his Mustang?

While we don?t offer an upgrade kit for the 1994-1998 model year V6?s, we do offer various cluster upgrade kits and cluster modules for the GT & V6 in the 1999-2009 model years.

Sorry!!
