Gauge Swap

Hey guys, I have an 01 V-6 Mustang and I was wondering if it's possible to swap gauges to GT gauges. All comments are appreciated and if someone can tell me how to go about this it would be much appreciated.

yes it can be done, but why would you want to?

i am looking for the write up on how to do it now, i'll post it when i find it

GT gauges are roughly the same as the v6 gauges. It would be more worth your while to get an aftermarket cluster with better lighting/styling.

My mustang will go faster than 120 was why I was asking. I don't do it all the time but I feel the need to push my lil pony when a smart ass ricer pulls up and starts to honk =P

Wow that's pretty neat. I was planning on buying an aftermarket cluster anyway BUT I was wanting to know if I can buy the GT cluster to go in my V-6 without any problems.

just get the aftermarket cluster, it seems like it is a pain in the ass in regards to the PATS system.

Just a note here, the GT cluster will have a tach set up for a V-8. From what I understand, it won't read accurate for a V-6. I have read many places that people doing a V8 swap need the V8 instrument cluster as well, because of this difference.
