god damn washer nozzle

how the hell do u pull out the washer nozzles on these cars, the one on my right side is clogged. do i have to take out the cowl? i know lame question i tried prying to the point i heard some crackling noises. thanks.

im pretty sure you gotta take the cowl off. most cars you do. unless there attached to the hood in mustangs case is not. :new_year:

yup, you gotta take it off. take the wipers off, then take the cowl off. you take it off by lifting it by hand from one corner or the other, then GENTLY pry it off with your fingers. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE IT at once. once the edge is lifed, run your fingers and pry it up some more, pretty much half way down the windshield (to the other side of the car). after you do this, then try clearing the pilar by bending the cowl slightly.

once you get the cowl off you just squeeze the bottom of the nozzle and it pops out. if you can get to the main washer line, use compressed air and blow into the lines.. itll help clean it out, and will look like your purging spray (looks cool and amusing for a minute..lol)
