I came up with an idea, and my friend measured it all out, he already has the box almost done! I have to run some different wiring for the additional amp, I Just havent had time yet. I'm going to be using the stock Mach tweeters, the ones in the component kit are too small.

swapping speakers in a componant kit is not advised. every speaker is different and that speaker will effect the cross over differently and make it play different and not optimally. It is not too hard to make a plate out of abs plastic or even plexi with a dremel to match the shape of the tweeter, then mount the tweeter to the plate.
Not much/any space under the back seats and you will want to have that somewhere you can get to it if you need to change a fuse. I currently have mine mounted in my center consol but will be moving it to the floor behind the drivers seat on the new install.
