Got My GRC Billet Optima Battery Hold Installed *Pics*

So ever since i have had my optima battery, it has NEVER been able to stay bolted down. The little BS wedge that came with the Optima red top is BS and would not hold mine down. Track techs at Willow Springs could pull my battery loose from the tray even when it was bolted down.

I was gonna do a Relocation to the trunk but i didnt really want that. I looked for a solution for a while and saw this online...

GRC is about 35 mins from my house, so i hoped in the stang and went for a drive and picked up the Piece.

The Hold down is VERY nice. quality piece. I got a new OEM Ford Battery box and Battery hold down bolt just for good measure.

Its now a GREAT fit!!! The GRC hold Down keep the Red Top snug and tight... Its not coming out unless i unbolt it!!! i recommend this to anyone running and Optima Battery is a Stock Tray!!!

Looks good. $25 for such a small piece plus shipping damn. Not real bad, but it does the job great, while looking good.

I've had that since 06' (05' maybe) and it does it's job. I don't think it was $25 though and it doesn't say GRC on it either just plain like on the website. I'm happy with it.

Sure I can paypal you before hand if you want for the cost of them. Shipping from companies charge like $14 generally to Canada, yet you can toss it in a bubble envelope for $3.50 I refuse to pay that extra $10 lol.

WOW this is BS! Every cool place is out there in Cally. While we have to wait for it to be shipped to the 49 other states.. Handz always drives down to the places and picks up everything lol
