The F1 GS/D3's are excellent allround tires. fair price, very good dry grip, not very noisy, excellent in even the most extreme rainfall too. They do wear, but I think last twice as long compared to the KDW's.

These were the worst tire I've ever owned, that's probably why their discolored. They were noisy as hell and dry rotted a year after I had them, and my car sits in a garage for the majority of the time. I just don't get it. No offense guys lol!

none taken bro but tires will "dryrot" even when parked in a garage, it just takes longer than if they were outside. mine sit outside all the time and havent dry rotten yet [in two years] maybe your set was made on friday lol

My set are getting pretty hard, but still grip pretty well. they are getting to the wear bars too, so maybe I will find some new tires soon.

I bought these tires after having 3 sets of Kumho Ecsta MX and the original set of Goodyear runflats. The runflats were horribly noisy and didn't do well at autocrosses. The Kumhos were much quieter and did great at autocrosses. The Goodyear GS-D3 tires do fine at autocrosses and are great wet weather tires but they are just as noisy as the original runflats. I regret buying them. They will probably last longer than the Kumhos but drive me crazy when driving on the freeway because they are so noisy. I even installed the Exotic Vette rear insulation kit to eliminate the droning noise from the rear tires but it didn't help much. The noise ratings in the Tire Rack reviews looked okay but I don't agree.

My thoughts on these tires are they perform really great in the rain and good on dry pavement. The noise isn't that bad. When you are coming to a stop you can hear them hum a lil. I got a different brand tire after they were worn though.

They seem to do well under heavy acceleration and hard cornering but I swear they are noisy as hell! They make more noise than any set of mud tires I have ever owned! lol
