Stock maf should be fine. I told you the marks were fine and the rockers were noisy.


Can they tune the ecu to 24 LB injectors ?

I thought you had to have the mass air calibrated to injectors ?

I know your right

They are noisy but the marks are perfect so thanks for your help

what does your car run in the 1/4??

How much power did it make ???

Yes it will be rich. Thats why people use the "calibrated maf" so they dont have tune. But your getting a tune so I bet you wont make any more power by using the pro m. I dont really race and not willing to pay for a dyno. Im still trying to tune my car.

update

OK so I installed the new 255 fuel pump today and WOW my car is fast ......

There was a small hole in the rubber piece on the fuel pump. After installing the pump the car pulls fuckinhard. I will install the injectors and fuel pump regulator tonight and can't wait. The car is still running lean because when I get on it i can tell it needs more fuel. I will post pics tonight of the nitrous system install also

I'm putting a bbk fuel regulator on the car tomorrow and was thinking about bumping the fuel pressure to 50 psi and see how it does ...

I only took the car up to 4500 and could feel the car needing fuel so i wont get on it at all ...

But Fuck me the car pulls way harder then it has ever pulled lol lol lol

I cant wait to get the fuel done and a tune ....

50psi shouldn't be necessary like 40-42 should be plenty

Adjustable is good but stock fuel pressure is around 30 something isn't it my 347 stroker fox is running around 42 psi

Either way I like adjustables but only cause my fp gauge hooks up to instead of the shrader valve. 39_40 is stock. I would do.40 the 42and so on.keep your timing at 10° cause if your running lean advacing timing will make it worse. Some people will tell you to set it to 39 and leave it alone. Cause more pressure is only a bandaid. And you should get it tune.

funny the whole maf vs 24lbers topic came up, a lot of people don't know the GT and Cobra have the same MAF

Ok so I installed the bbk Regulator and set the psi to 40 with vacuum line off but what would be the best all around pressure for my set up with the stock 19ers for know?


Also I got the 24 lb injectors but dont want to install them with out having the mass air ...

19 will be enough. Just play with it 40 42 44 nobodys combo behaves the same. Mine worked best at 42. But now set at 40 trying to actually tune it

I will not get on it with the 19 lb injectors because I can feel the car is running lean ...

I cant wait to get a dyno tune I found a shop in the bay area that will do the full tune and chip for $400...

The sn95 computers are not junk but the programing inside them are junk ...
