handz sent me airbags and an airbag module. the module got crunched in shipping. He refunded me the money in an acceptable time frame and handled everything with fed ex. i didnt have to lift a finger.

I just want to say i am very sorry again for the damage that occurred in shipped. Even though fed-ex damaged the item, i still feel bad. I am just very glad that it worked out very well for both of us.
