Man that's crazy, I've never had trouble with bolts breaking :( Closest thing is the studs in the water jacket on the timing chain cover.

Rounded the heads off.. Going to get a bolt extractor tomorrow.. it's my fault. . Tried to remove the one by the ps pump with the pulley on. Put the socket at an angle. . Same with the head bolt.. the brake booster put my ratchet at an angle. . Need to get a short extension. .

Finally got it. Took twice as long as it should have. . Dropping heads of at the machine shop in the morning

Congrats! Hopefully no snags on the reinstall. If you wanna spend a few extra nickels, its worth getting the intakes checked for warpage at the machine shop as well

Man I left the intakes fully assembled. Fuel rails inj harness imrc tb egr all still on them. . At this point I'm just ready to get it back together. I'm already over budget.

I know what you mean. I was just thinking while you were in there. I know my lower intake is warped because I have a solid vac leak between the two, but am letting it ride for now.

Like I said before, just follow the torque sequences. Though, you are probably pretty well versed in the art of TTY bolts

Never liked using tty bolts. . This will be only the second time ill use them. .
