Hello everyone, so I end up removing the driver side header so that I can start denting and make clearance for the steering shaft, in the process of removing it I end up breaking d EGR tube that goes to the valve, I do have EGR valve delete plate should I just go ahead and not put it back and deleted I still haven't had the engine tune

It’ll run fine without a tune. Just re-route your vacuum lines to remove them from the egr parts, and keep the dpfe sensor and the egr sensor plugged in, you shouldn’t throw any codes.
