see now that helps that not only is it aftermarket but that all the speakers are out. Most aftermarket decks will turn the amp off if one of the speakers grounds/shorts out. the easiest way to test this is to disconnect one of the speakers at a time. The rear speakers you can just do from the trunk but the fronts you will probably need to pull the deck out for the easiest way. Disconnect one speaker at a time and if the speaker wires for that speaker is shorted somewhere the other speakers will turn on. At that point just check all the connections by tracing the wire and you should find your problem pretty easily.

If after disonnecting all the speakers nothing happens, pull the deck out and take it to a local shop to have it bench tested.

do you have the tweeters by the mirrors? When you pulled the deck out was there a small octagonal shapped box with a bunch of holes in it? If so that is the stock amp.

only way I would know is to replace it but if you have already replaced the deck you do not need it, can easily bypass it and it would probably sound better too. When you pull the radio out inside of the consol, tagged to the passenger side of the consol(in the spot where the radio use to be) there is a 8 pin hrns connected to its mate. You can ensure its the correct hrns by following the wires down to that amp under the radio(looks almost like the radios power hrns). Disconnect the hrns's, one end will go to the amp, the other end now goes directly do your speakers. You will need to rewire the speaker output on the deck into that hrns but at that point hopefully your speakers will come on.
