Did a search and found no definate answer to this.

So... I found a BBK o/r h-pipe for cheap. If I put it on my car will I need o2 eliminators or what? It's a 95 GT. Is it going to turn the CEL on or make it run bad?

My O2's screw into the hedders (BBK shorties)

Your O2s should screw into the h/x pipe, not the headers - unless they're longtubes.
