i had piggy back style on my mustang too.
the alternator had the seperate spacer, which goes behind the pulley into the alternator housing. used the same nut to hold it on.
the water pump pulley was a direct swap. used the same bolts as my steeda one.
the crank was a little different. it used fine-threaded, size specific bolts to mount to the harmonic balancer. these are in 99% of all pulley-puller kits. simply find the right ones, go to ace and get the same thread pattern in the proper length.
finally, it should have come with a enlongated crank bolt. if not, use something like a pencil or chop stick to find out how deep your threads go and how long of a bolt to buy.
the 10.9 strength bolts are extreamly hard to find. i just used some random bolt and its holding up fine.
