HELP!!

I just dropped the transmission, changed out the pilot bearing and throw out bearing and the rear main seal. Now i just got it all back together but the clutch is extremely hard to push. I need advice or help on what it could be or how to fix it.

O I C no help here at midnight to 1 in the morning, LOL JK anyways my problem was just the clutch cable was twisted straightned it out and bam fixed! So damn happy I thought I was going to have to take the trans out again
