Could someone verify the mechanical sound I hear when im fiddling with the TPS? this sound followed by a click which activates the car to be able to start only happens when im attempting to get the TPS into range. After the engine is warm it will start fine, let it sit too long and my TPS seems to reset itself outta range. without the adjustable TPS feature on the throttle body I doubt the car would even start. It litreally has to be dead on to start.

I had an issue with my tps that I finally was able to figure out was because of the harness that clips onto it. When the motor was hot it would expand and start to make a bad connection. It would have been impossible to see if it were not for the fact I run a holley hp and while datalogging I noticed it would show 4-7% throttle when I wasn't in the car.
