hmm...header leaking

i have a slight tick tick tick on my passenger side header and when i changing my plug wires i noticed this on two of the old wires.....

The wires on cylinder 1 and 4 looked like this....

Anyhoo the reason i changed the wires were because those two plug wires were arcing...im wondering if the leaky header caused the arcing....

And its not like a big leak i can only here it at WOT at higher rpms...
