What do you guys think? it will be painted to match or maybe flat black the whole hood? it will be made functional, and the placement isnt exactly right im goin to play with it a bit

0-2 ouch lol and the scoop is not sitting on the hood flush, the screws that hold it down r holdin it up

that's why 99-04's have the honeycomb grille. Creates an air pocket otherwise. you either gotta cut a hole in the hood for the air to escape (make the scoop function) or custom make a grille for it.
