Hope I made the correct choice

so after much teeth gnashing I, made the plunge to install 4.10 gears in my 96 gt automatic. Since the t-lok needed rebuilding I, am having the garage install a Eaton posi in it's place along with installing new u joints and balancing the drive shaft. I hope my decision with the gears was the correct one. I will find out I, guess in a few more hours. Maybe I shoulda just went with the 3.73's instead crossing my fingers. this is the first major mod since installing the PI swap awhile back.

im assumin this is in reference to jfor? lol. but seriously, let us know what you think on the gears. alot of people here try and say 4.10 is WAAYYY too much gear when they have never even run it

4.30's man i would really be grinding the teeth then...anybody have any feedback/experience on the Eaton posi? I assume a much better unit the the stock t-lok.

With 4.10's, if you'll be doing any high speed stuff, I'd conside modding your tailshaft to force lube to the output.
