Horn, Cruise c. and Airbag not working?

I have a 95 mustang convertible v6 and for some reason when i bought the car the horn, and cruise control dont work.
Also the airbag light comes on after about 3 minutes of driving the car.
I am thinking that there may be a problem with a harness in the steering wheel since all these problems are related.
The horn is functional because i have set off the alarm. and ive also switched out the relay but still no horn.
I am kinda stumped with this and wanted to know if there would be any way to check it without having to tear my entire dash out.

Any questions or ideas would be greatly apreciated.

I looked up online and found a clock spring. however. i Have found that there are two different listed parts for the clock spring.
There is a air bag clockspring, and a column clockspring.
are they both the same or do i need them both or is there one specifically i need?
Let me know.
