how do you remove cruise control?

I'm switching to a fox style set up and i'm wanting to remove my cruise control cable along with the stock throttle cable. The problem is, I can't seem to figure out where the stupid cable goes to once it goes into the fender. How do i remove the cruise control?

Remove left inner fender Controll unit will be just behind drivers front wheel just unplug and plug vacuum lines

pull the wire out from the fender as much as possible. cut wire. stuff back in fender. duct tape it inside to keep it from rattling annoyingly.
