How fast have you had your Mustang?

I have had my 95 GT up to 127, or 133. I thought that was enough so I backed off. I still think I had some left in
the pedal though. I was just wondering. See ya and thanks!!

On the same back road i used to get my CBR1000 upto a 153mph, i got the stang to 101 as you run out of road.
Which is'nt bad as its very short, but pretty straight, with no side roads and only minimal traffic, when i got to
the mini roundabout at the end, i first found out this car needed better discs and calipers.

Everywhere round here has more speed cameras than there is cars.

162mph and once it got over 130+mph the noise from the wind and tranny were quite loud.

I only tried for top speed once on the highway at 4am,hit 145 and realize how freakin stupid I was......btw,stock brakes suck....I warped them instantly trying to slow down.(scariest minute of my life) :slap:

damn....dont mean to be rude but why did you hit the brakes at 145...I wouldnt reccomend braking over 100..just let it slow itself down.

Don't wory,I still down shifted.....lol, I saw a car merging into my lane,and it looked like a statey...........scared the crap out of me.

My speedo is off so I don't know. It can go 109 in a quarter of a mile and thats in 3rd, so I guess pretty fast since I still have OD after that. :dunno:
