I'm currently making 261rwhp with a PI motor, CAI, O/R H pipe, Flows, 75mmtb, and C&L plen. With a 31x12x4" FMIC, V2sq, 3.12 pulley, 60#injectors, 255 pump, and a SCT dyno tune; How much HP will I make? I'd post this in the F/I section but we get more traffic! lol :dancing6:

Thanks

Mike

Yup, Everything is in the mail and in route! Only thing I need to buy is a boost gauge. My tuners already got his money, just waiting for the weather to get back to average warmth so I can drive it to a dyno and get it tuned.

Only other things i could think of that i would suggest getting:

90mm MAF
Vortech mini race bypass valve because of the intercooler

I have a SCT Maf, I figured it would be implied I would upgrade the Maf because of the S/C, sorry. I wont get the MR bpv until I make more than 12lbs, which wont be on this stock bottom end. Any reason your suggesting it because of the I/C that I/m not aware of?

it adds a % of what your current engine is making right?? Like 60 or 70% for the intercooled versions

only problem you might see is some surging, which is why most guys upgrade from the stock bosch. you might not have the problem running such low boost, but if you do i think you should look into an upgrade. just a suggestion. good luck!

I never used a BPV at all with my Novi and a air to air intercooler, I only ran 10 psi too.

I would be worried with that small of a pulley that you're going to exceed 10lbs of boost even with the FMIC thus putting you over the power limit of our lovely stock short blocks. Who knows though, you'll just have to see I guess.

PS. It's good to see you decided on what you wanted to do. I know you were having a hell of a time trying to figure it out what to do(mostly my fault for trying to get you to do the 4v swap :dancing6:)

dont be worried, just get a good tuner, they can usually work with what you got.
