Im deffinitly planning on selling my 95 GT that i bought about a year ago because i want i 96-98 cobra really bad :thumbsup:...but im thinking about at least putting a magnaflow magnapack catback on it first. do u think i would be able to get any of that 500$ back spent on the exhaust if i did that :dontknow:...and how much do u think my 95 GT with 138,000 miles on it would go for?

I wouldn't buy exhaust... you will never see that $500 back. It adds interest to the car but not value. A lot of people like to buy stock mustangs. IMO.

I just bought a 95 GT for 3000.00 and it needs ALOT OF WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Id say you could get 4 for it. The 94-95's are getting hard to find in good shape. Normally you find them ragged out, torn to pieces, rigged up, and needing a couple thousand dollars worth of work to be drivable.

Mine needs a ton of work but the exterior and interior are in good condition, and its black with grey interior.

Ive always asked $500 over what you think you can get and negotiate. NO ONE is going to give you what you want for it. Asking price on mine was 3600.00. Cash talks to a motivated seller. If you arent in a crisis to sell it fast the right buyer will come along and scoop it up. Never mention: It has to go, Must sale, need cash, Willing to negotiate, those are give aways to the potential buyer that you need cash quick and might take a low ball offer, and like most sellers ive run into they will take just about anything reasonable. I offered 2600 and we settled for 3000, but i had cash to back my mouth up. Good Luck!!

I would not put anything on it if you are going to sell it. Throw some 2 chamber "flow disasters" I mean flowmaster muffler into the stock system. People LOVE flowmasters!!! I hate them.

The kelly blue book value is $4,515 if its in excellent condition
I'd say you could get like 4,200ish probably, if its in pretty good
condition.

to be completely honest with you...if i could get anything over 4k for it after i put some exhaust on it i would sell it in an instant...

Yes you most certainly could get over 4,000 for it. Even with exhaust... make the customer pay, it's YOUR car, NOT THEIRS. I had a V6 mustang with full bolt-ons, that had been wrecked 3 times... once by previous owner, I hit a tree, and a deer. I put the car back together myself, and people said you'll NEVER get over 2k for it... I'm like.... to hell with you people I'm going to get what I/ME wants for it. I asked $3500 for it, and I got $3500 for it. It had 180,000 miles on it.

So yes, I would not be suprised if you got at least $5,000 for it. Ask no less, because your car IS WORTH IT. To hell with all the people who want a damn cheap deal... You want/ need the money. I KNOW you can get that price for it. Offcourse I do have experience selling mustangs... I make the customers look unworthy of my car... beggars cannot be choosers. You must make the customer the beggar, not you.

Am I to assume that the yellow sn95 is your car? the car is easilly worth at least $4500 as it sits especially if it's yellow which is a desirable color for many guys that want an sn95, I say put an x pipe and a nice mac cat back with the 3in tail pipes and ask for $4850 and I guarantee you will get $4500 no problem!!!

yeah man do the exaust and then i would put up for sale and ask 4500 to 5000 for it. all the mustang guys were im from that want a sn95 want a yellow one. so i say do it. shit i paid 5430 for my 98 gt all stock with 99,000 miles on her
