Ok what you will need is:Fuel/AC disconnect tools(Black for the Evap, and blue/red for condensor) 8mm,10mm,and 13mm wrench and sockets.
The first thing you will need to do is remove your battery&tray. Tray will be held down with 3 8mm bolts one in the middle of the tray and two on the fender side.
Next Remove your CAI or stock intake system this will allow you to get to the two connectors going to the condensor. I also removed the upper radiator hose for easier access.
Now you will use the blue disconnect for the upper connector and the red for the lower one. Once these are off you can either remove the radiator and then take out the condensor or you can just leave it there. I chose to remove mine(this will give you tons more room for a trans cooler in the future which i also installed while in this process.
Next follow the line back to the fire wall and use the blue disconnect to remove the line completely. After this line is gone remove the other line going from the fire wall to the Evap canister also the blue disconnect. After you disconnect these i highly recommend you plug the lines going into the interior of the car just incase you deside you want your a/c back later on down the road.(I used 3/4in plugs availble at the HELP section in your local autoparts store.)
You will then remove the Evap Canister, you will use the black disconnect tool on the cansiter itself, then you can just lift it up and out of the car.
Now for the fun part the compressor. First disconnect the belt. Then on the back of the compressor where the lines go in there is a single 10mm bolt. I had to use a wrench to get this out and it was a kind of slow process but will will finall come. After unscrewing this you can now pull all the lines freely out of the car. Pics of the bolt is below.
Now the last thing to do is remove the compressor. First disconnect the electrical connection from the compressor. Next you will need to remove the 4 13mm bolts hold the compressor to the bracket. These are not in extremely tight i was able to use a normal 3/8ths ratchet. Be careful after the bolts are removed the compress will just fall. Just yank the compressor out from where the battery sits. Now all you need to do is measure your new belt and your finished. Pics will be up in a bit.
