how to clean up brake rotors

just thought that it looked like the effort applied it would have been easier to take the rotors off and wander off to paint them.

yeah, i would have just pulled the rotors off.... But some people dont have all the tool to do that and can just remove the wheels with the lug nut wrench supplied with the car.

I, on the other hand, would just take the rotors off and paint the entire thing cause i have the tools to do so
