After 10+ sitting I've gotten the car in a state of almost running, but i don't hear the fuel pump priming.

There are 4 wires heading to the fuel pump, which wires should be used to jump the pump to make sure its working?
If it is working I'll look into the ccrm.

did you check the inertia switch or look for power on the pump? fuses? Jumping power to it would be the last part of troubleshooting I would do.

Two wires are for the sending unit, the other two are for the pump. Drop the tank(3 bolts), unplug the connector into the fuel hat(right side) and check the voltage when the key is on. You should hear a slight hum if the pump works.
