Jack car up.
Put jack stands under the torque boxes in front of the lower control arm mount.
Lower car onto the stands.
Support the axle by the diff with the jack at near full suspension droop.
Remove the top retaining nut. (various sizes depending on brand of shocks. Stock is 15mm. Tokico is 15mm. Koni is 17mm.)
Remove lower retaining bolt and nut. Bolt is 15mm. Nut is 18mm.
The shock will now be removable. Just wiggle it out of the shock mount.
Repeat for other side.
Installation is reverse of removal.
Follow these directions and you will be done in a half hour. Follow ones that instruct you to take off the brakes, and you will pray to be struck down by lightning.
