I need to stop this leak!!!

Ok I need some ideas here on what to do. I am having a leak at the VSS on my T5. I have changed the stupid oring two times and it still leaks. It leaks enough to put a drop of tranny fluid on the ground every night. What should I do? I tried a bigger oring but when I did that it wouldn't push in the tranny at all so it wouldn't work.

is there any crud in the hole where the VSS sits? Is the o-ring cut or rolled? Are you sure it's not the tail shaft seal?

I know its the vss its leaking right on the crossmember and I had the tranny out for a clutch job.

I already gave you the ideas I had. Assuming you had the oem o-ring, That's all i got
