Well, for the last month or so my car would drop down in idle as if it was a cammed car, but once you gave it gas it would pull back into the natural sounding revving. Some times this happened as soon as I cranked it up, then simply shutting it off and back on would fix it. Yesterday this would not work and I drove it home anyway, You could smell gasoline or something of that nature out the exhaust and the throttle seamed to stick. At one point it held 1k rpms by its self. I released the clutch and it pulled along and idled at that at the stop light. Next minute it idled at some un Godly low rpm that sounded like a cammed stang that was about to choke out.
What all should I check?
