Idle problems after driving for a bit!

Okay here is the situation! car just started doing this.... wtf?

my car is idling high! i adjusted the idle set screw and it's on as tight as it will go!!! the car starts up fine daily, but if i dont warm her up she stumbles like shes going to stall, but only does that once, and doesnt do it again after that! Now the longer I drive the car the higher it will idle when i am at a light, stop sign, etc... anywhere i stop it will idle as high as 2000rpm...

Im thinking IAC but dont wanna start replacing random parts!!! anyone else have this happen?

I had something similar where my throttle body would stick slightly open when i would floor it. Turns out the spring on the throttle linkage had stretched out and was no longer closing the butterfly. I replaced the spring and it was a cheap fix. Thats all i got if that helps.
