Yes I once was a small child and was running the Comp 270's made 304 wheel hp burning 1 quart of oil PER 300 miles, so i was on a hurt motor. Sure there are new cams out there, there always will be, or you can be THAT guy and get a custom ground set......or buy a used set get a good deal or some over stock 270's and have the power to run a mid 12 with bolt ons... after all, cams DO bolt in our cars

Thats some good info and the numbers im looking for. i think im gonna go ahead and get the comp 270s ive been hearing good things about them. They also say theirs a big difference in idle change. Is it just noticible or a HUGE change?
