Ignition switch problem???

so ive been having a nonstart/shutoff problem for about 2 months now and im about 99 percent sure that its the ignition switch (with about 6 other opinions) and so im trying to replace it and i kno its located behind the tumbler somwhere but i need a step by step or something so i dont break anything??.......has anyone every replaced this and could help me out plz????
