I would try a new cable. could be stretched. I just installed a centerforce dual friction on my notchback and broke it in, clutch engaged great in and out but like you while the pedal is out could feel the throw out bearing as it squeaked
like most do.lol I put a fresh cable and it was gone. I hammer the piss out of it daily with no issues. Ford throw out bearings are the worst.lol Love my stangs though.

Yea I read on other mustangs forums that a lot of people who replaced their clutch were having this vibration from the pedal, it didn't matter if it was spec 1 or king cobra or other performance clutch kits, one thing they said was that they needed a adjustable clutch cable because the stock one was not that great. One reason some people haven't felt this could be because there's still on the stock clutch, but I don't really know, any ideas?

I would try the cable. What you are feeling is the a little vibration from the imput shaft. You cable is probably stretched and worn and releasing the fork back enough so the throw out bearing isn't sitting dead centered on the imput and you're feeling it vibrate. the fork can only pivit so far befor the bearing rubs hard on one side. Common problem on the T5.

doing a clutch job is not that bad its just time consuming. Kinda easy with a lift but jack stands it can suck. Ive done it on jack stands twice and am going to have to do it again soon
