I was planning on a simple GT40 top end for my stock 5.0. However a friend of mine is changing directions on a project of his and has a complete rebuilt 351W, roller block rebuilt GT40 heads and a Comp cam. I was originally going to just get the heads from him but he said he'd sell me the whole motor for $800. I know for a 351 swap I'm looking at a new intake, swap headers, oil pan, flywheel and tune. It's going to cost more than a simple H/C/I swap. But I feel that I'd have a better platform and a new motor as well. Thoughts?
