Okay... this has been a long ongoing project. I bought my 1996 Mustang GT back in 2006. Totally stock car save for the hood. She now has a built motor.

Motor build includes:
11.5:1 CR
Manley Forged flattop pistons and rods
Pistons are file fit for a 200 shot of nitrous
PI heads and intake
Heads have minor porting
Valves have a 5 angle valve job
Comp Cams XE-274h
Screamin' Demon Coilpacks
Flowtech longtube headers and X-pipe
Bassani mufflers dumped
Steeda C/C plates
MMR Coil-overs in the front with 14" 175lbs springs and lakewood 70/30 struts
Maximum motorsports full length wled in SFC
4 cyl foxbody springs in the rear with 1 coil cut and Lakewood 50/50 shocks
Steeda lower control arms
3.73 Ford racing gears
The tune is done with Sniper Special Forces tuning.

The car is very fast right now. Have not had a chance to get to the track. I currently have her stripped down and am doing body work and looking to paint her soon.

I will get pics up of the how she currently sits and as I am doing the body work on her. Keep in mind, I have zero body experience but I have the time and money and tools and space to do it.

A couple of questions for ya'll. I am trying to decide on paint color. I am stripping the car down to metal and starting over. I have been throwing around a two tone silver/black or respray it white/black. Maybe go with a Viper Blue. Also been thinking of doing a hot rod black. I just can't decide. Also, keep the S281 spoiler or go spoiler-less. The hood will eventually be changed as the SVO Cobra hood has never been one of my favorites.

This is the silver color combo I was thinking:

Still sanding... and sanding... and sanding... I have one more door, one more fender and the trunklid and then I can start with the primer and even more sanding. I decided I am going to go with Ford Performance White.

I like the silver too but since I am NOT pulling the motor for paint in the engine bay, I am just gonna stay with white. I am thinking of doing something similar as the silver car with performance white body and black roof. I am definitely staying white, just not sure if I want a two tone or not.
